Adding geographic or other metadata to YSlow or PageSpeed data packs

Say you want to test loading times in different geographical locations and tag your metrics with the location the measurements were submitted from.
The "tag" could come from YSlow/PageSpeed itself by allowing to (i) enter it manually or (ii) deducing it from the browser's settings (e.g. locale) or (iii) directly passed it from the script/automation tool that periodically instructs a browser to carry out the test and submit the data to ShowSlow.

I think tagging data can be passed as part of base URL for measurements, especially if it's geo-data where each instance is configured separately.

I think it's more appropriate to tag and add metadata to custom metrics and numerical metrics like load times and not ranks as those are not supposed to be vary.
